Yes, keyetty , we booked extra legroom seats there and back to new york next summer and have not been able to get back on to seat map since .Same message comes up as you had . Sent email and chat and was told as you have booked , paid for and had seats confirmed you would not be able to get onto seatmap any more . I also sent a private message on the Virgin official fb page and asked why this was happrning . They answered straight back and said they were not aware this was happening and it shouldn't be !! Was told to leave it a few days and then tell them if nothing has improved . This i hsve done Please will you do the same and send a pm on their fb page

Has anyone had a ny problems with uploading information to their "manage my booking" page since new system went live?

I've managed to book my seats for PE flights next May, however other information including my husbands FF number, contact phone numbers etc aren't saving, I spoke to the "chat" lady online, she said there had originally been a problem but was now sorted.....my page isnt.... she ssaid she has now uploaded the info for me, but it still not showing on the page?? :(

I sometimes have that problem when I book a reward flight, the MMB page doesn't hold the FF number

I have also had this issue. A reward flight for April is not retaining our FC numbers or any other information. I contacted chat and initially there was some confusion, as apparently CS could see all the info I'd entered, it just wasn't showing up for me. The CS agent I spoke to then said it was an occasional issue with reward bookings and there didn't seem to be much she could do. I am still a bit worried about it and will follow up closer to the flight, as I don't want any nasty surprises.

Just went to check seat load on our flight for next year, only to find VA have changed the aircraft and our seats. Thank God we checked and moved our seats to ones we want.

Cabin open seating and they stuck us in two random crappy seats. On confirming we wanted the change, the VA site showed us as having 3 outbound and three inbound seats!!! Must be buy two get one free.

Lots of people seem to have had schedule and/or aircraft changes this week. It tends to happen when they load the new season schedules so anyone with future seat reservations would be well advised to check as they won't tell you they've moved you.

My VS19/20 schedule has changed for next summer, VS19 now leaving at 11:35 instead of 13:00, so less time in clubhouse, unless I get there at 8:00! Fortunately though, no change of aircraft and my seats are still showing as same as before.

No change to mine, including no one else reserving their seats.
Why was up at silly o'clock on the day the system went live? Or maybe we just have the cabin to ourselves.
Or maybe Monday, which is T-60, others will wake up and book their seats.

It used to be 11am way back when I first started to fly that route. I can remember one time arriving on the first flight from ORK arriving slightly late at 9am. My bags were through checked but by the time I had gone from T1 to T3 it was 9.50 and I had 20 minutes to grab some breakfast before the first call for the flight. (I was naive enough then to leave at that point ii) ) After that I took a late night flight to LHR and overnighted there rather than go through that hassle again
