You really have to wonder what get into people's minds that do this kind of thing, perhaps living on the "peninsula" for too long has degraded his social norms!

I suppose the mention of a hospital bracelet makes it possible that he might be suffering from some kind of mental illness.

Or maybe just the adverse reaction to some medication!?
