If you ask them they should be able to email you a map when you do the booking.

That's what they did when I last used it and I handed it over to the driver. Mind he still missed the entrance but only by a couple of feet so he just reversed lol

Google Streetview to the rescue...

Basically stay in the left hand lane as you approach T3. You can see the entrance up the ramp in Streetview. It is a fairly tight left hand turn just before the automated bollards. If they fail to recognise your car numberplate, just use the intercom.

There's now a big sign for it. But it's an incredibly tight turn!

I booked reward seats for October half term with four of us travelling and there were only three UC. On the basis that the penalty for cancelling reward seats is low, I went ahead and booked with DH in premium. A week later when I phoned back there was another one popped up so we are now all in upper.
