VS came third

Came across this and was quite surprised to read how well VS has done. Obviously these things all tend to be pretty subjective but still.

Very interesting, would expect Qatar or Cathay to be higher up. Glad BA are below for once, IMO it's where they deserve to be. Thanks for the good article

I agree with the comments about VS (not necessarily 3rd place). I think the service, food and general 'feel good' factor has improved over the last two years, especially in UC.
Just need a decent website and a good app (please VS, can't be too hard?)
