My apologies if this has been posted before, I didn't see anything.

I flew VS103 to ATL yesterday (9:30am departure), and arrived at the airport really early, and has just planned to chill outside the clubhouse until it opened at 7am. Even the sign outside says 7am open.

I was surprised when, around 6:20am, two Clubhouse employees began setting up outside and said they will be opening in a few minutes. They told me since December 1st, they have been opening at 6:30am to accommodate earlier flights.

The lounge was blissfully peaceful for the first hour or so. Booked a Spa appointment upon arrival, with the first opening now at 6:45am. Good thing I did, as appointments were already pretty busy by 7:30am!

Hurrah, for extra ClubHouse time before LHR-NRT in January!

Is it ever wrong to drink Champagne with breakfast? :P

Thanks for that; I was really worried that the ClubHouse staff might think it unusual if Lauren and myself turned up and ordered the ClubHouse English breakfast, with Lanson on the side.

We may be forced, due to unresolved hunger issues, to go back for Eggs Florentine (note the plural) and additional Lanson, a little later.

Coffee is so passé, at breakfast, and it's important to eat your greens.

this is good news, sounds like i need to revise my travel plans to arrive at LHR earlier!

champagne should be taken before, during, and after meals, however, if time is short it should be taken instead of meals

I can confirm they're opening earlier. On the 4th December at check-in just after 6:30 we were told it opened at 7:00, but decided to head up early to wait. When we arrived at 6:40 it was already open :)
