I regard the priority luggage part of the PE/UC experience quite a vital part of the product, I've not had problems before (except airport problems like Cancun stopping immigration for an hour for no reason).
However, last PE to Vegas, we stood about 40 minutes waiting for the luggage. There is prioritisation, because the crew luggage came out first and was sorted quite quickly. Then at least half the economy luggage came through, and eventually the PE and UC luggage.
Which leads to... Big queue to get through the other bit of immigration (another 15 minutes), queue for taxis (another 10 minutes). Anyone found this with Vegas? Complaint to VS? I know its not their fault, but they can perhaps give grief to the LAS baggage handlers...
(Also for some reason we were told across PE that we didn't need to fill in the declaration form by the staff, and weren't given one. Which led to delays in the passport part of immigration because we were being sent back. Now that one I definitely might complain about).
