Nightmare journey from LHR to St Pan. No Hex and alternatives were not great!

i'm flying out next sunday morning, booked hex before i noticed the time of the first train is only 0625, with the CH opening earlier that's far too late! plus the service seems iffy due to the traditional engineering works and risk of the wrong kind of snow
booked a taxi instead and will use the hex ticket on the next weekday trip
