Hi all.

I am flying UC to Las Vegas next month, and a friend has decided to join me but he has booked in economy on the same flight. Am I allowed to sign him in as a guest into the clubhouse at Gatwick? I have been there several times but never tried to take a guest in before. If I can take a guest, do I need to let Virgin know beforehand?
Many thanks

As Pashmore says, yes you can. Just let them know on the door when you arrive. I don't think (though I stand to be corrected) they can arrive before you...

To the OP, your best bet is to meet your friend at check-in if possible, as they will then also be able to use the UC check-in if they are with you.

You should both get Premium Gatwick security stickers on your BP's. When through security you just turn up at the Clubhouse with your friend. The guest is supposed to leave the Clubhouse at the same time as you too - so if you decide to have half an hour in the shops before heading to the gate, they should leave then too. Not sure how they enforce this though.

Enjoy Vegas.

Many thanks for your helpful replies. I have been lurking here for a long time but think this is only my third post. The information on here can be very helpful as I fly Virgin wherever I can, in preference to any other airline!
