80 tier points upgrade voucher

Hi there

I've reached 80 tier points with 4 months still to go until Gold renewal. I received my club house passes straight after I passed 60 tier points. Online chat with VS customer services last night they said I wouldn't be receiving the vouchers until the end of my current year. Does anybody know if this is correct?

Also are there any restrictions on which ticket classes you have to be booked into? I've heard you can use the 2 vouchers separately i.e. two trips for one person.

Yes, they do come at the end of the FC year. And, the good thing about the upgrade vouchers is that they work with any fare class .

VS did kindly split it for me on one occasion. So was able to do two round-trips as I was travelling alone on both. I haven't tried since but worth asking I would say. That said, when booking my trips using the 80 TP upgrade I have found most FC advisors have to go away and find out how to book, as they haven't done one before.....

It really is a true perk....enjoy
