80 TP upgrade reward - Info please??

Hi all,
I have had a quick search and cannot seem to find the answer on this on here which shocked me, so I must be searching incorrectly!

I have one of these 80 TP upgrade rewards. Can someone explain if this is a straight cabin upgrade or it only works, as it sounds, with reward flights?? The word "Reward" is confusing me.
I was going to call VS but with the East Coast snow people need the hotline a lot more than I at the moment.

I think it just means it has to be booked into a reward fare bucket. In other words, the upgrade works from any fare bucket (i.e. for a PE-to-UC upgrade, from any PE bucket, not just S), it just has to be booked into - in the same example - a G bucket. Hence the usual proviso about availability...
