Drinks on board - Premium Economy

I know, I know, as much as I don't like to drink on flights, I'd MUCH rather they pour the opened bottles of wine down my throat rather than the toilets, but apparently it is procedure into the UK..

In my (admittedly limited) experience, flying UC and being at the bar at the right time helps stop such shocking wastage.

Ive never been denied a drink...I prob should have and I'm sure one flight the fsm was looking at me when they did their little speech about alcohol.
I swear I saw raging alcoholic next to my FC number on the manifest once!!!
