Diverted to Stockholm

Just had an email from our son, on his way home to NY from business trip to Bangalore. Last leg was Dubai to JFK which was diverted to Stockholm because a 16 month old boy died on the plane. CC were doing CPR for the last 90 minutes.

Just so awful. My son says he's never been somewhere so subdued and silent.

What a tragedy ! I can't imagine the atmosphere on the plane ... Poor parents ... Very very sad indeed.

Oh goodness. How very dreadful. Poor parents and sympathies to the crew too.

Desperately sad.

How heartbreaking for all concerned.
