If your flight has been cancelled you're entitled to a full refund. But in the first instance I'd Insist that VS rebook you on another airline the same day so as you don't lose your hotels & connections.

And Relax.....

I've had my flights changed to LHR to IAD instead of ORD.
Same day and roughly same time.

Even better AA have refunded my onward flight at ORD to TYS. At first they refused but they changed my flight booking as planes were changed so my initial class booking was no longer available. Thus I got my cash refund, very lucky.

My new flights from IAD to TYS are now £230 cheaper so a great result all round.

This could have ended up so much worse,

Now happy again and counting down
