Last week I couldn'tlog in to the VA web site, now when I call on the silver FC number, I get as far as entering my FC number, then nothing happens - not a sausage - 5 mins of silent holding I give up [:w] - twice. Reaches for BA phone number....

Am I the only one this sort of thing happens to????[:(]

Well I do not know about the UK but after 5PM Eastern the VS lines are crazy in the USA. Everyone calling to change/upgrade/cancel/confirm I guess.

Maxjet all ready priced and comes out near enough the same as VS PE[:#]

It would appear that part of the IVR flow is broken, have you tried just pushing hash (or pound for our American chums) when prompted for your FC number?
