Economy Menu

Apologies if this is a repeat of any previous topics. but this is my first new topic post so please be gentle I am flying economy to Cancun on 9th May and just wondering what the current menu options are, and whether they are likely to change prior to my flying date as I am a fussy eater and like plain food - no spice. Thank you in advance for any help you are able to give
