Advice needed please guys. This is the first time using PP Meet & Greet at LHR T3. Can anyone advise how far from the handover point to VS check in please? Thanks.

Hi - we have used PP Meet and Greet many times now. There are two options to get from the meeting point to check in. You can either take the lift down from the handover point followed by a short walk through the terminal, exit on the left and walk across to the Virgin check in area (this involves going outside), or you can walk back to the other end of the car park to the other set of lifts which take you directly into the VA area.

Hope that helps!

@ Turquoise - thanks for that.

@ DL - not this time. :# The present Mrs Treelo wanted to try out the PP 'experience' before her friend takes a non-VS flight later this year.

Thanks for the advice Turquoise, and sorry to have taken so long to reply - been away for a couple of days (without computer or mobile phone, and it was bliss!!)
Anyway, one more bit of advice please. I am getting confused with the info from my hotel (booked as a package). Do I meet the PP rep outside the terminal or, as I suspect, inside the short term car park at the Meet and Greet bays? Thanks. y)

Hi - you meet the rep inside the Short Term Car Park - they have a number of bays which are exclusively for Meet and Greet customers. I can't remember the number of the bays but they are listed in the paperwork they send you. I am sure you will be pleased with their service - it's particularly time-saving when you get back and just want to get home as quickly as possible!

Oh and make sure you get your 500 miles by booking it through VS!
