Hello all:
After what feels like a lifetime flying Delta I've recently departed the JFK Clubhouse and am in my seat on my first VS flight, VS004...which is now a 346, when it was supposed to be a 744, when it was originally supposed to be a 789. Having flown regularly for most of my life, I certainly understand that scheduled aircraft can change due to a number of circumstances, but is this kind of metal roulette common with VS?
I'm now in a terrible (relatively speaking, I am still in UC) seat that I couldn't change given the last-minute nature of the aircraft change, my IFE doesn't work, etc. On the plus side, the crew seems great so far, the Clubhouse was phenomenal and...as I was typing this they graciously re-seated me.
Anyway, back to the original question above.
