Hi. Does anyone know the above?? I looked last Friday to book flights from LGW to MCO (from 20/03/16 to 06/04/16) give or take a couple of days either way and it has gone from being very affordable to ridiculous / no availability over the last 3 days when I went to book this evening. Is it possible that VS have sold that many seats in 3 days??

My dilemma is book now and make sure I do not snooze and lose again or do VS release only a certain amount of discounted fares at a time??

Thanks

No idea but as this takes in Easter and that is one of the peak times for trips to Orlando, I can not imagine the prices are going to drop tbh.

Sounds like there were only 2 or 3 seats left in the cheapest fare bucket. If someone bought them over the weekend the price would have shot up to the next available bucket.

As stated above, Easter is a hugely popular time to go to MCO and it's unlikely that fares will come down. As always, if you see a fare you're happy with and you're in a position to do so, book it and don't look back.

A load check only gives an indication of how full or not a flight is. Given your flights are almost a year away a load check would mean absolutely noting.

Your dates cover the Easter holidays and that always means high demand and high prices.

If you see a price you like then book it. Prices may go up or down tomorrow, next week, next month, six months time.

If the price and times suit you, well then yes, you have

The price sealed the deal. Family of 5 £2611 flying economy. Also flying from LHR is also a bonus as we live in Cornwall and we have given up flying from NQY to LGW due to missing the flight either to fog or a late arrival from MCO so now just drive up.
Overall I'm happy as I've booked another trip to the sunshine state :D

We drive from Devon via Dorset and Hampshire. It's nice to see Stonehenge which I now associate with holidays rather than Druids!

Don't first great western do train offers if you are flying and use the train to get there? And it includes insurance for missed flights if there are delays on the train.

Might not apply from Devon though but maybe worth a look.
