Just as an update 0 just had this from one of the chat people:

Sorry to hear you're having problems with Flying Club today. We've had a few reports of errors within our Flying Club system, and our teams are working hard behind the scenes to get them fixed. We anticipate that these will be fixed in the next few hours, so I suggest that you try again tomorrow. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

Very annoying! I wonder how many this will effect trying to book reward fares...

Yup, not working.

You can always phone to book reward seats (often a better idea anyway as they can see Gs that aren't available to UK passengers online).

Website was having intermittent issues today when I was trying to get flight options/prices. Seemed ok for me after 4pm GMT
