Hi all
Just booked an UC reward LHR-SFO and noticed there was no seat allocation request, and a message saying To Book Your Lounge Pass, call customer services ??

Have reward tickets now removed lounge access? :-O :-O :-?

Not heard of anything like this before. Was it just a standard reward fare? Are you able to select your seats from the MMB page?
Could you maybe post a screen shot showing the message?

Isn't this asking you if you wish to book the UC wing(drive thru check in) and not the Clubhouse?

I was a bit worried after seeing this thread, and had logged into my mother in law's M-G in August to check before you uploaded the screenshot.

Her booking had the same wording, which I believe is referring to the DTCI as opposed to the CH access.

I did check my own Z tickets for September and although it doesn't have the same wording, it is an ex-DUB fare (albeit overnight at home before the TATL sector) so perhaps VS doesn't assume that I will take advantage of the DTCI.
