Yes they have full recline. We sat in them on our return from BGI last year. We got served meals first, which was good. Only downside was my OH's seat was touching the wall behind and he said he felt someone keep kicking it. We were in H/K and the wall behind curved round slightly. K was fine.

as above, full recline and a bulkhead

i much prefer the back row of PE on that aircraft...

guilt-free recline throughout the trip, PE is so small that time to be served is not that different front/back

as far as noise/disturbance goes, the PE galley/toilets are at the front of PE, and the EC toilets are several rows further back behind you, so there's no pax traffic past your seat and minimal crew passing by, you're as far as you can get from a noisy child at the front of PE, and if there's one at the front of EC you're better screened by bulkhead and curtains

sole downside is you are a few rows back for disemarkation, but if i'm on my own 25G is the seat of choice, most people head for the left aisle, so you can gain position going up the right :)

I've just booked the back row for us on our next outbound flight as it was good last time being able to recline guilt free. OK we will be a bit later off the plane but I can live with that, we're still ahead of EC.
