My recent return flight from HAV was fantastic even getting recognition for AU which I've found rarely happens on a night flight.

What spoilt the flight though was PE customers coming behind the curtain to use the UC washrooms and then queuing for ten minutes to use the washroom myself. Bonus was after the last PE customer left the washroom was the sink being full of sick    Given this was just after breakfast had been served made it even more

Feedback has been given. I know the crew do their best to direct PE customers to the washrooms at the rear of PE but this needs to be made clearer which washrooms are for which customers. Normally I would not whinge but sink in the sink is not on in any washroom!

I did think the washrooms behind UC and ahead of PE on the LGW/MAN 744 fleet are for both UC and PE passengers. That said it sounds like the washrooms were left in a poor state and you have been right to feedback.

Having flown on the LGW 747's numerous times in both PE and UC the toilets near the galley have always been used by both sets of pax. I think it's unrealistic to expect 1 toilet to be adequate for whole PE cabin and the crew always seem to understand this and I've never seen any issues with PE pax using those toilets.

The Lavatories next to the Doors1 Galley are officially for the use of J and W Class on the LGW B747 due to the extremely low J Class density, the high W Class density, plus the fact that there is zero traffic through the J Class cabin by W Class passengers to use those Lavatories.

Vomit in the sink is indeed disgusting. We must take into account that bodily fluids are only cleared up by crew members on a voluntary basis as they are food handlers and should be stood down from any food handling services after doing so. The lavatory sinks are almost impossible to unblock by anyone other than the engineering team as there is almost no access to the pipes without tools and industrial strength cleaners.

How do we know that it was 100% the result of W Class passenger use and not a J Class passenger?
Why did nobody report it to the crew before the point at which you complained?
Who did you complain to, the crew members who can do nothing but lock the lavatory for the remainder of the flight, or to the passenger who threw up in the sink rendering it unusable?

VS have confirmed that the washrooms should only be used by UC customers and that it is a known issue that they get a lot of feedback about

Well this is not the information that they gave out to their crew when they reconfigured the LGW747 so maybe that is the root of this big issue, either that or you are being fobbed off.
