In seat power on LHR 747 and earplug query

It's a long time since I flew on a LHR 747 so wondered what the power situation was currently ? Secondly do earplugs still feature in amenity kits ?

Never used the ear plugs, but the amenity kits have changed a couple of times since the above article, generally the same though.

Never mind ear plugs how much luggage are you going to take?

My pull along weighs nearly as much lol so hopefully I've redeemed myself .I've learned tonight however not to wear new boots on a trip .....ouch ...
