Hi all
My first post!
I've been reading lots of the info on here and it's really, really useful!
I have a question regarding the Virgin Black Credit Card PE upgrade. The upgrade has been added to my FC account but I wanted to use miles from my husband's account to pay for one seat and from my account to pay for the other
We've done this many times in the past, but never in combination with the VCC upgrade.
Would I still be able to apply the upgrade voucher to both seats, even though the upgrade is only showing in my FC account?
He also has a VCC in his name with the same account number as mine but everything is in my name
I hope I have explained this OK :)
Thanks

Hi Linda - yes you can I've done it many times, Miles can come from both your accounts although they will have to be for a full sector and the vouchers can be applied to both of you.

Thanks so much for your reply!
Sorry for my ignorance, but when you say 'a full sector' do you mean outbound and return need to be booked at the same time?
I was going to grab an outbound reward seat as soon as it's showing as available and then try and book the return once those dates are open to book

That's fine, you just need to have the full amount for a one way reward in one account. So if a reward is 42,500 miles, you must have 21,250 miles in one account, you couldn't use 18k from one and the balance from another.

If you were booking the full return, you could use miles from 2 accounts, so 21,250 from each account.
