Good morning from the LHR Clubhouse

Good morning fellow V-Flyers.

Yes I know it is very early but I was here for 6:30 for opening doors and was the third person in. I think that should be the new SEQ game Facial booked, breakfast ordered and just deciding when to start the RedHeads for a very early departure on the VS103 to ATL.

The Clubhouse is still suspiciously empty but the weather was terrible coming down from Herts this morning. Slow going but loads of spray on the road from the hammering rain so maybe that is slowing all the other passengers down!

I'm also expecting oldboy about at some point this morning as well!

A belated wave back from the Terraces Lounge T5, not quite the Clubhouse but perfectly acceptable and reasonably quiet .
Just in from SFO on my way to Amsterdam (for reasons you will understand).

I could have sent a picture of a sausage sandwich and a glass of apple juice from the Escape Lounge at Stansted, but it's not really the same. Hope you had a great flight.

Just sitting in the Delta SkyClub in Atlanta! Now en-route to MCO, thanks for the wishes - it was a decent flight and a couple of crew sparkled but I'm not sure Atlanta thrills them as a destination!

It was also my first time on the A330 in Upper. It is... shall we say... snug... I'm trying the 787 on the way back from SFO in a few weeks so will be able to compare fully and no doubt, I'll wish loudly that no matter how tatty the 747's were, I wish they were staying!

Safe travelling to all the other v-flyers in the air today!
