Spend Your Miles Issue

Hello V-Flyers,

I have attempted to use the above option when booking flights on the VS website from LGW to MCO. However when clicking on this, a message states 'sorry, FC miles cannot be used on this route.' Any ideas why?

Have you changed the default LON to LGW?

At what point did you get this message?
I have just tried a dummy booking and it seems to be working, even when I try for Upper and there are no seats it still gives me the economy and premium options which are available as reward seats.
I am using LGW and MCO as the from and to airport codes.

It's a bug in the system. If you leave the default "London (LON)" as your departure airport it won't work. As Penny says you have to select the actual airport "London Gatwick (LGW)" from the drop down menu.
