Yet another Black credit card PE upgrade voucher question

I have 2 upgrade vouchers with another coming next april time.

I am about to book 4 x PE returns using 2 vouchers to upgrade from y to pe and 2 returns using pure pe miles.

My question is that when the voucher drops next year, can I phone up and then apply the voucher to one of the already full miles bookings and get a refund of the 20,000 miles?

Yes - i did exactly that last year, however just in case they have changed the rules i would give FC a quick ring just to confirm they will still let you do it that way.

Worth getting confirmation & the person you spoke to if possible to email you it as well.
Like all call centres, some staff are more helpful than others, some are more knowledgeable than others.
You may incur a £30 charge I think?

Sorry to hijack this thread, but can you have more than 2 upgrade vouchers at any one time - of instance, If I get two this year, will they be there at the point that 2 are added next year? or do 2 drop off? Just wondering as my family has expanded to 3

I've had my black cards nearly two years now and I may or may not have had a email telling me I have a voucher but my email is in a bit of a state after a messy windows 10 upgrade.

They will show in your online FC account, just log in and look at your recent activity.

I have found a PE upgrade from September and a companion flight voucher from May so I guess I just have the one upgrade voucher. I'm never going to use a companion flight.

maximum 2 per card per year (so 4 if you have both black & white - or 8 ifyour partner has their own account with both black & white). They expire if not used within the 12 months.
