Just to add to this.
I have had the same issue today, having been unable to get Business Class flights to show on Expedia. for DUB-LHR, LGW-UVF, UVF-LGW and LHR-DUB. I once got the BA flights but even that I could not repeat.
I rang Expedia and they couldn't do it either...the Customer Services operative tried to do me two round trips which wasn't the point at all!
Anyway, while she was off trying to get it to work, I fiddled around and did a search for Economy. When I got to that list I changed the "ANY TIME" and put in specific times for the first two flights (DUB-LHR and LGW-UVF) and and also changed the class to Business...bingo....up came the full list. Interestingly it did not work with just the class change.
It is obviously a systems glitch and that is a work around.
