Big waves from T5B Galleries Club lounge.
First impression - It's quieter than I imagined (I didn't bother with the main T5A lounges to avoid the crowd, since my flight goes from C gates) and I even managed to get a spa appointment for a 15-min neck and shoulder massage.
The service, however, is seriously lacking. The staff don't look like they want to be there; the spa therapists were discussing what time they were going on break as I was waiting to book my spa appointment... It's certainly no CH!!
The food selection... where do I start? the hot buffet really isn't looking too appealing - but both the coq au vin and the chili con carne taste pretty good if you could overlook the presentation
I'm sure it'll taste even better when washed down with a glass of Taittinger.
Off to Beijing to see my family and friends there for the holiday season. I'm looking forward to experiencing the CW offering, and will certainly report back in a TR
