Good morning from Manchester Airport

Well Merry Christmas everyone , as noted on earlier posts having recently returned from Mrs F 50th in November from Antigua and Barbados and returning to floods ,cold and rain we decided sod this lets go back to Batbados for Christmas . Having secured T flights for today and returning on the 01st Jan.

Managed to secure G upgrades outbound 3 days ago and stayed last night in the Manchester Airport Hilton using a free night I had obtained from a disastrous stay earlier in the year. Having upgraded from Gold to Diamond using the current status match we were upgraded to a suite which was really nice

Just getting ready to go and check in so again have a great Christmas and for all those who were up early I feel for you

Sat in the lounge now fortunately most shops are closed in the terminal only duty free and the spinning wheel open fully, the little boots and wh smith also. Very busy as also some lounges are closed so the normally quiet side of the escape lounge is very busy hey ho it's raining outside I'm drinking a farewell beer sun here we come.

Marie bob hope and no hope for Gs coming home unfortunately only 1 showing left and my Mrs will not go unless I'm there too , I did offer
