Not been reading much recently, but looked at sales fares and there's Manchester to NY fares (didn't say JFK specifically). Says either a Delta or Virgin aircraft, but weirdly no PE seats in the sale, but Y and Upper.

Did I miss these being announced?

if you specifically want VS metal with you will have to fly via LHR.

We flew with Delta in June and they were good and great service. They are the older 757s but have had an interior refit. Book seat plus for earlier boarding and extra room and you will be fine. Just a couple of things though there is no Duty Free in the terminal on return and if you are unlucky enough to get a bit of turbulence on the narrow body 757 it is much more noticeable than in the A330 or 747.

though MAN>ATL on VS would be easier for the OP then DL on the ATL> NYC leg (DL also fly to all 3 NYC airports from ATL as well).
