VS23 departed late due to "a passenging changing his mind and no longer wished to travel" which delayed departure however most of the time was caught up and we had a great flight over to LAX. We loved the seats of two and had plenty of legroom. Food was not great but ............ A340-600 gets a thumbs up from me!
A few days later we flew onto MEL on a Qantas A380 (upper deck) and we froze most of the way despite complaining to the crew several times. One passenger even put a jumper and a body warmer on but unfortunately we did have any warm clothes with us for the long flight (Big Mistake!)
Weeks later we flew back on BA from Singapore and armed with extra clothes for the long flight, we didn't need them (typical)!
