Tesco clubcard conversions how long?

I converted some clubcard vouchers to virgin around dinner time Friday still waiting for my miles
in the past it has usually been overnight anyone any ideas?

There is talk on several travel blogs/boards that Tesco or Virgin seemed to have **** up conversions this quarter. Lots of reports of them not turning up. Advice is to phone Clubcard and chase.

Same here. Usually very very quick but nothing has come through yet.

Did mine last night - still nothing - as others have said, usually find them there the next morning, though their website was different this time, and a different email confirmation- it says allow 28 days

Please tell me they haven't screwed up!

did mine last Friday as well. Nothing through yet either.

Seems we're all in the same boat.

I called clubcard this morning, not much help, they quoted the 28 days and its too early to chase etc.

Just transferred £150...

I noticed this month the Tesco Clubcard website had a bit of a revamp and told you the amount of miles you would get, wonder if that has something to do with it
