Good morning from Gatwick clubhous

Goodness it's so foggy here at the moment but apparently our flight to Orlando is on time.

Very relaxing start to our holiday staying at the Hilton last night. Arrived nice and early at the clubhouse after the chaos of Gatwick departures. Hope the move to the north terminal will bring a more civilised approach to the clubhouse as the security was so crowded this morning. Soon forgotten as we turned into that corridor leading to the lounge.

It's quite crowded now but fortunately being early we had a lovely breakfast. Service brilliant as usual. Now relaxing waiting for our flight to sunny Florida

Really emotional scene just happened. There's a young couple sitting just behind us and they are on their way to Las Vegas to celebrate her birthday. All of a sudden her Mum& Dad walk in as a surprise and are joining them on the trip. Amazing they've kept the secret. So many tears, bless.
