Quick Rocketmiles Query

Hi all,
I'm considering using Rocketmiles for the first time in order to accrue FC miles. Can you advise how reliable is the service they provide? Additionally, how quickly is ones FC miles added post hotel stay?

We have used them in the past. We were collecting Avios rather than FC miles but they credited to our BA account in just a few days.

I booked the Gatwick Hilton through them and stayed on 18th Feb.
I got my 1000 miles awarded on 22nd Feb and 4000 bonus on 23rd as a first time user.
