I am confused to why I am unable to view/change my seat in 'amend booking' - I can make other changes ie special meal options. When logged-in I get the message the seat map unavailable to view online and call the contact centre. This has happened since I have changed my flights (I have been allocated seat 10k which in too close proximity to the bar on a night flight, I wanted to change to my usual 7 or 8)!!
Does anyone have thoughts why?
