LGW Based 747 IFE

Hi Folks,
Does anyone have an experience on playing their own videos via the USB on the JAM IFE on LGW based 747s? Looking for what video format I need to use and also if the USB stick needs to be formatted in a certain way...

I believe USB is audio and charging only.
