Shops Away Bonus

I've got 1000 miles too, not sure why but not complaining?

Was about to post same question - just got 1000 mile bonus, plus some more from Apple.

Following my email to customer services yesterday, pointing out that people who didn't even know about the promotion got the award, I have received the 1000 points in account this morning.

Hi, myself and my wife signed up to the email communication / first time purchase offer last week for 500 V miles each, can anyone advise me how long it takes them to credit the 500 miles to your shopping history account.

Sorry for being late to the party. I queried a missing transaction on Shops Away and asked about the 500 bonus miles too and got this response:

You will be eligible to earn a bonus of 500 miles when you sign up our newsletter between 29th March and 31st May 2016 and also make a valid purchase (can be of any value). The bonus will be credited to you within 5-10 working days after the promotion is finished (31st May).

So you're looking at early to mid June for the 500 to be credited to your FC account.

Just a quick update to say that the bonus cleared today for me.

My "Just Eat" purchase from 22 Apr is still pending so no bonus for me yet. How it take 25+ days for a fully automated, electronic transaction to register is a mystery to me.

Thats down to the retailer.
They confirm the transaction so virgin get their affiliate fee.
Then Virgin gives us the miles!

my last transaction to go through was for an order placed 21st March.
Miles hit my account 7th May

I have a feeling something may have gone awry...neither me or the other half have got the bonus yet. I'll wait til mid June and then enquire. I buy so much stuff online either through Shops Away, Gate 365 (BA) or Topcashback, I can't really keep track of all the offers and where I have bought things from to keep track in case I need to retro claim. Maybe I should get a spreadsheet going !

You can keep track of your purchases and their status by clicking on "My Shopping" at the top of the Shops Away home page.

We too are yet to see the bonuses - the relevant purchases have tracked, checking "My Shopping" as post above, but are still pending so don't know if I'm going to end up chasing it.

My order via Shops Away, plus the bonus miles, not even showing in Transaction History so have filed missing claim
