Happy Monday V-Flyers !

Hi all, Im flying to JFK for the first time on VSO09 which is normally an A340-600 so virgin tell me so I paid for an exit row seat and the booking rep allocated me 31A.
I did ask them does the door slide encroach into my leg space and they said no but I have unfortunately I did experience this once before on a 747 from Gatwick and it was a rather uncomfortable flight, Ive checked seat maps and it looks ok but just wanted piece of mind really from my fellow v-flyers. :-)

Appreciate any advice you can pass on

Thank you

I can only dig out one trip report from that seat which is this one from Mr Buns! He doesn't mention too much other than paying for them was a "good move", so I can only assume there wasn't much of an obstruction! :D

Although 31A on the A346 appears to be the exit onto the wing. If that's the case, would there actually be a slide?

I can confirm that there is no slide at row 31 on the A346,
This is the over wing exit so no obstruction to leg room as no slide.
