The Virgin Red app uses real names and emails - so unless your username on here is the same as your email it is doubtful - But they may plant codes on here only, and then check if they have been used for example.....

I would think that a tiny bit of detective work could trace some one if you had access to Virgins computers.
e.g. someone who went to Jamaica on a certain date using upgrade vouchers and paying for the clubhouse.
It would just depend how hard they want to try.

There are two coins and two codes to enter, hence double, the clue doesn't make this clear.
