Make sure the adblocker is off if possible.
Go to the "existing customer page" (shown in the top right hand corner).
Once in that new window, you will see an add at the top page with a code.
And one code to right and another to the left.
I had to Scale down my page for viewing to about 75% to actually access all 4.

I only found two didn't think to scale page down damn. I've had good morning though have found both coins from daily clues very straight forward.

I only have 675 points to go to open vault 12 hoping to find some bonus points today.

This is now making the hunt very frustrating for someone who lives in a rural area and works from home and therefore only has the internet as a source of finding codes. There's supposedly a coin hidden somewhere on Virgin.com - I can't find it. It's getting very frustrating.

You need to use browse on a full desktop (rather than a mobile device or tablet) with ad-blocking disabled for both the Virgin Media codes (4 in total so far) and the Virgin.com code (1 so far) where the latest news about DS Virgin racing is quite an interesting read

Now I've just found the Virgin.com on a page I checked earlier this afternoon, on my PC and it most definitely was not there earlier!

Ad-blockers stop the Virgin.com coin from showing.

I looked there this morning from my work PC and the corporate firewall blocked the coin image, browsing from home it shows right away.

some of the clues seem perversely vague, but then the prizes are definitely worth it! Even with all the tips I've only managed to find 2 on the virgin media so far but will keep at it

I don't have ad-blockers on my work PC or on my iPad / iPhone so I don't know how I saw the code second time around but not first.

I'm a virgin customer and I can only find the non virgin customer code, everytime I log in it just takes me to the account page and there are no ads I've tried clearing history etc, no ad blocker on etc.. it's driving me nuts ! please help me
