lounge passes

hi all
i have just moved our flights man to mco from Wednesday 31 August to Saturday 27 also got upgrades from pe to upper for 2 out of the 4 going
with the upper tickets do we get lounge passes and can they take in a guest

Yes, anyone travelling in Upper is entitled to lounge access for themselves and a guest. How you paid to be there is irrelevant.

i have been told that as it's a sheared lounge there is only access for the upper class ticket holder only
can any one confirm this please

I've never travelled from MAN with VS, I do know the lounge is shared and as far as I know your UC ticket entitles you to a guest who is travelling on the same flight.
