787 seat choice for couple

Hi

we are booked to HKG is new year in UC, on return we have 5A and 6A which I believe are ok

Outbound we currently have 6A and 7A as 5A was taken but this is the "no window seat"

most other seats are free inc 2A/3A 8A/9A and all of G and K I think

Is the window thing an issue as it is behind you? any other recommendations?

I'd really avoid 7A and swap to 2&3 or 8&9A.

Seat 7 has literally no window. Here's a picture. Same on the A side.

My concerns with those are 2+3 are near a bassinet place and 8 +9 near the bar but I have no experience of the seats

Is it still preferable to stay in the A seats?

Yes stay in A. 2/3 would be my choice over 8/9 anyday

We did 8 & 9A but as you can probably tell from my picture, I quite enjoy the bar!

I'd recommend 2&3A for most people.

We had 5&6a coming over to LA last week and loved the location of the seats

I have swapped to 2A and 3A , thanks for your help
