Hello

I am (was) booked on the DXB flight on the 9th November which now no longer seems to be operating. I've been moved to the 8th but I can't travel on this date so am I right in thinking that VS will offer a full refund on a non-refundable ticket due to sked change which is not accepted?

This is the policy at my carrier if the seed change is more than 4 hours.

VS policy seems to be 5 hours for a schedule change before they will refund but if the flight has been cancelled then EU261 requires them to refund if that is what you want.
