LHR DTCI London Heathrow Cars

Hi, really looking forward to using DTCI in a couple of weeks, just wanted to know if anyone has recently used London Heathrow Cars, and managed to get car registration details the day before, before upper class support closed at 8pm, we will be getting to upper class wing around 06:30- thank you

You don't need to provide the reg the day before I called when I was picked up by cab 0600 for 0630 arrival everything was fine when I arrived

Same as above, I have just called them once I was picked up from the hotel at Heathrow....so I literally had about 5mins before I was due to arrive. I do however, inform them beforehand what time I will be arriving roughly but I think that is something that has to be done.

I luv DTCI, you save so much time.

I pre-book DTCI but dont't call ahead with registration number of taxi, it is not a problem & hasn't caused delays.
