I booked a No 1 Lounge back in May and just realised I didn't get the miles (250?). Do I really have to post the evidence to Flying Club? I note there is an email address for airline claims, can that also be used for non-airline claims since all my evidence is email anyway?

This is the one I use.

Send them an email along with your flying club no and your evidence and they will begin the process. Sometimes they will sort it all out sometimes they will direct you elsewhere. They usually get there in the end.
