VS137 ???

I have, or rather had, a booking on VS111 from London Heathrow to JFK Upper Class in November.
I got a "Notification of Schedule Change" yesterday from Virgin. On inspection all of the details including time remain the same but the flight is now VS137. Having looked on VFLYER I can't find any reference to this flight number.
I have also now been locked out of the seating plan on my online login.

Anyone got any theories ???

It maybe that you have to accept the changes to regain access to the seat map - you could ring Flying Club/Reservations up for this, but I got mine reset in 2015 via a Twitter DM (so that the PNR was kept private).

I have had a flight change before and couldn't see the seat map. It turned out as I had reserved seats on the previous flight they had to release the seat reservations I had madeso that I could view a new seat map. Quick call to customer services should hopefully help.

I had a similar issue when they cancelled VS15 next Feb.
I'd already bagged 6A & 6K and now I was on VS27 with no seat and couldn't select one.
I called FC and was told they could allocate me anywhere but 6A & 6K on VS27
I told the sad story of how I'd got up at 5.30 a.m. to grab my reward seats on the day they were released and how disappointed I was. The call handler went of and spoke to someone, came back and said I could have 6A & 6K after all.

So I'ts all good now, apart from having a couple of hours less in the CH

I had the same, I was booked in UC on the 111 in December. A call to FC got me back into the seat map. Its now been moved from a 346 to a Dreamliner too and my seat reservation had moved to a similar seat to the one I had picked.
