A very good start to my day. When booking reward seats to Miami a few months ago for next next Feb/March we managed to get UC out but only PE for the return. I have been checking daily (sometimes 3 or 4 times a day) for UC availability on return without success, that is until today. Went on to the Virgin site, started to make a dummy rewards booking & up popped UC availability. A quick call to a very nice lady in Virgins Swansea call center & following payment of additional surcharges & a deduction of miles we were soon booked in to seats 3 & 4A for our return.
