just to clarify often cash back sites don't include fees and taxes in the figure they base the cashback on so it's a % of the base fare not the total.

I assume you have to visit the Virgin Atlantic website by clicking it through the Top Cashback site? (Like with Shops Away for earning FC miles on shopping so your clicks can be tracked).

If this is the case, then there is no way of avoiding the CC fee that Virgin charge if you want to use a credit card, so this erodes the cashback % a little more.
