yes probably because it's a delayed flight!

quite common problem with a number of airlines.

Your ticket / booking is for a particular flight but the delayed flight has a slightly different number - VS 1028 rather than VS 28

nothing to worry about.

Thank you for setting my mind at rest. Have now had a message from Virgin advising Disney Springs check in is closed today and they are unable to process online check in for our flight
